Group D = banned or high risk substances.
These are substances that:
- Are prohibited under the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) code
- Have little to no credible evidence supporting performance benefits
- Carry significant health risks
- Pose a high risk of contamination or mislabeling
In short: they are not recommended for use.
So, what are the risks?

2. Unregulated products
Peptides are often sourced online or through non-medical channels. There’s no guarantee of:

If the goal is to perform at a high level, the biggest wins still come from getting the basics right consistently:
- Adequate total energy intake
- Strategic carbohydrate fueling for training and competition
- Sufficient protein distributed across the day
- Recovery nutrition (especially post-training)
- Sleep and overall lifestyle habits
These are the factors that are proven, safe, and sustainable.
