Group Exercise Rehabilitation
Trained Allied Health Practitioners deliver our personalised exercise rehabilitation and treatment programs in our fully equipped Pilates studio. We integrate pilates and gym-based exercises and provide customised training sessions to support your rehabilitation or fitness journey.
Designed to suit your goals, they are tailored towards improving core strength, flexibility, mobility, flexibility and muscle tone while addressing biomechanical weaknesses. With a maximum of 4 participants in our group exercise rehabilitation classes, you will receive the personalised attention and support you need every time. We also offer 1-on-1 classes, if you prefer.
We offer exercise rehabilitation programs for acute, sub-acute, and chronic medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities. Our programs cater to diverse needs and all ages, including:
- Back and neck pain
- Whiplash
- Headaches and migraines
- Pelvic floor dysfunction
- Pre/post-natal conditioning
- Post-trauma/ surgical rehabilitation
- Fibromyalgia
- Chronic fatigue syndrome
- Musculoskeletal injuries, including knee, hip, or shoulder injuries.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Begin your rehabilitation journey with a thorough initial 1-on-1 assessment (45 minutes) to identify your health and movement limitations and underlying issues, ensuring long-term results align with your goals. We then recommend a 45-minute 1-on-1 session in our studio to learn the specific exercises and techniques to ensure your safety and results.
Our instructors are all accredited health practitioners with a wealth of experience in strength and conditioning. We help you enhance strength, fitness, and overall function by providing unparalleled coaching tailored to your needs, emphasising correct technique and form.
