Exercise Science & Rehabilitation

Why is exercise rehabilitation important? We believe movement is therapy. Our Osteopaths and Physiotherapists have been trained in Exercise Rehabilitation. Many are also Exercise Scientists, Exercise Physiologists, Strength and Conditioning Coaches and Personal Trainers. Based on your specific needs and circumstances, they will provide guidance and support to help you return to activity safely.

What is included in a program? Your exercise rehabilitation program will be specific to your needs. You may receive simple stretches or a complete exercise rehabilitation program. Safety and effectiveness are also crucial. Therefore, we will ensure we teach you in a way you can understand and retain.

How will I receive my program? You will receive your program as an email with pictures, videos, and instructions. Furthermore, you can easily report back to your practitioner on your progress at any time.

Group Exercise Rehabilitation program

A personalised exercise rehabilitation and treatment program delivered by trained Allied Health Practitioners. With a max of 4 people per class, our programs can help rehabilitate acute, chronic, and complex injuries, such as neck or back pain and postural-based conditions.

Begin your rehabilitation journey with a thorough initial 1-on-1 assessment (45 minutes) to identify your health and movement limitations and underlying issues, ensuring long-term results align with your goals.  We then recommend a 45-minute 1-on-1 session in our studio to learn the specific exercises and techniques to ensure your safety and results.

What conditions can it help with?

  • Back and neck pain
  • Whiplash
  • Headaches & Migraines
  • Pelvic floor dysfunction
  • Pre / post-natal conditioning
  • Post-trauma / surgical rehabilitation
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
  • Musculoskeletal injuries including knee, hip or shoulder injuries.

Join us on your journey towards improved strength, function, and well-being with our comprehensive exercise rehabilitation programs.

*Please contact our clinic to book your initial assessment BEFORE booking in for a Group Exercise Rehabilitation class.

Are there any private health insurance rebates? You may claim your initial Group Exercise Rehab assessment and any review assessments from your private health insurer on the spot under extra’s cover. This may vary according to your insurer and insurance package, so please refer to your health fund’s T&Cs.
