Practice Manager
Erin has been working in team leadership positions in the Allied Health industry since 2007 and with the Stay Tuned family since 2015 (please don’t do the math, she swears she isn’t a day over 29 😉 although she has been 29 for a few years now haha) because she simply loves being a part of high energy results driven team.
The best part of her job is implementing new processes & procedures to make her colleagues days better so they can focus on what they excel at; looking after our patients… because Erin truly believes that “Everybody deserves to feel good” and together the clinical & non-clinical team can really make a powerful impact together.
Away from work (which is never haha!) Erin can be found eating a delicious meal locally with the hubs, being the raddest fur-mumma to Frank the Springer Spaniel, Ruby the Cocker Spaniel & Lily the Murray River Retriever (did somebody say “crazy dog lady?”) or her sugar hobby of baking & decorating cakes, cookies and all things yummy!
Erin works as the Practice Manager at both the Boronia and Elwood clinics.

Tania works part time at Stay Tuned Boronia and part time at a local GP clinic. She has 2 adult daughters who both also work in Healthcare, and she couldn’t be prouder!
When not at work, Tania loves getting away in her caravan for a long weekend away with her husband Ron up beach, mountains, or bush, she loves it all!
Osteopath, B.Sc. (Hons) in Osteopathy & Dip. Osteopathy, Member OA
Upon graduation from the European School of Osteopathy (UK) in 1999, with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Osteopathy and Diploma in Osteopathy, Simon moved to Milan, Italy searching for further challenges.
Although his patient list was primarily sedentary or manufacturing industry workers, his experience includes regularly treating some of Europe’s most elite ballerinas, contemporary dancers and maestri at La Scala, Milano and Studio Danza Insieme, professional tennis and basketball players, and elite level gymnasts.
Simon’s treatment success lies in combining tried and tested techniques with the creation of techniques developed for the actual presenting problem, not dividing, but integrating musculoskeletal, visceral and cranial body systems.
Simon firmly believes in treating the sapling, so the tree grows straight, and so he has been treating and helping infants for many years, especially his three young children, who are his best advertisements.
While running a successful practice and gaining 14 years of experience in teaching & clinical roles at the International College of Osteopathic Education, he completed a pitch-side medical assistance course in Scotland and an advanced course in Sports Osteopathy with the University of Bicocca Milan. Over the years, Simon has organised the osteopathic services or all the medical services at the Milan Marathon, 2 ATP Tennis Challenger, 3 ATP Tennis Futures Level Tennis Tournaments, and the AFL European Cup held in Italy in 10/2012 (that included 15 teams from all over Europe).
Simon is a PTR registered tennis coach, an avid skier, and hopes to return to the basketball court after returning to his hometown after nearly 20 years abroad.
He speaks fluent Italian, rusty German, seriously rusty Swedish and very seriously rusty French.

Put simply; Verity LOVES being an Osteopath. With her friendly persona and compassionate nature, she will soon put a smile on your face as together you will build an alliance to determine a tailored treatment plan. She believes the key to managing injuries and pain is for the patient to understand their exact diagnosis and the goals behind the osteopathic approach.
Her goals for each client are to help them feel STRONG, ABLE and HAPPY. She embodies our belief that “Everybody deserves to feel good”. Verity uses a range of osteopathic techniques, dry needling, Clinical Pilates, and exercise rehabilitation to deliver these results.
Her passion for osteo was fueled by vast and exciting experiences, working for Stay Tuned as an intern, being selected for an osteopathic placement in Mumbai and Goan hospitals (India), and over two years of sports training for various football, netball and soccer teams.
When not in Elwood, Verity likes spending her time at the beach, preferably getting in the surf. Did we mention she is also a passionate netballer? Verity has participated from club level right through to the Victorian state league! Her dreams are to travel the world, so if you have any advice, she would love for you to share it.

Gabe is a kind and thoughtful soul with a HUGE grin who thrives on connecting with people. Gabe’s honesty and open approach put his clients at ease, as they know they are in good hands.
His fascination with science and his curiosity about how things work initially drew him to the field. While completing his Undergrad and Masters, Gabe completed additional studies in dry needling and published a paper on Osteopathy and Migraines. That thirst for knowledge has turned him into a perpetual student!
He understands firsthand what his patients are going through, as he experienced his fair share of injuries during his years playing footy, golf, cricket, and high-level soccer. He is profoundly compassionate and implements a biopsychosocial approach so that his clients can see improvements in multiple aspects of their lives.
If he’s not at the clinic, you’ll find Gabe down at the beach or doing a nice long run around Albert Park Lake.

Massage Therapist and Pilates Instructor
Kirstan grew up playing netball and waterskiing on the river. She’s had and seen her fair share of injuries over the years, which led her to her passion for massage. She believes that all pain can be reduced with regular treatment, but the key is what you do at home that keeps the pain at bay.
This is why Kirstan became a pilates instructor too. Not only does she enjoy the challenge of doing it herself, but she can also help her clients feel better through massage and help them become stronger.
Kirstan is particularly interested in headaches, neck, shoulder and back pain. She uses a mixture of techniques and stretches to reduce these aches and pains, leaving clients feeling more mobile after each treatment.
When not in the clinic, you’ll find Kirstan catching up with friends or relaxing down on the Murray!

Cici truly loves yoga, where moving with intention can relax the mind and increase flexibility, mental and physical strength. She believes yoga is for everyone and loves teaching her students to become more aware of their bodies and breath, challenging themselves in and out of the studio. Each class is designed based on students’ needs and experiences, including relaxation and stretches.
Cici completed her first certification at the Mysore Ashtanga in India with Ramesh Shetty. She then expanded her philosophical and practical knowledge of yoga whilst travelling in Asia. Cici relocated to Melbourne to complete her Certificate IV of Yoga Teaching, which she finalised in 2020. Cici has also attended a 10-day Vipassana silent meditation course in the Blue Mountains, which allowed her to develop a more profound knowledge and understanding of mindfulness meditation and self-awareness.
She is currently studying Massage Therapy in Melbourne, aiming to expand her knowledge of anatomy and physiology to help students find their correct alignment and adapt the postures to the different bodies according to their capabilities, limitation, and injuries.
Cici has a Bachelor in English <> Spanish translation and works as a freelancer translating documents. Is there anything our girl can’t do!

“Whether you are an elite athlete or want to reverse the postural effects of modern-day life, Pilates is for all sizes, ages and physicalities. I aim to make each class fun yet challenging. Most importantly, I design my classes so that the movement principles can also be applied to your everyday life.
