Erin has been working in team leadership positions in the Allied Health industry since 2007 and with the Stay Tuned family since 2015 (please don’t do the math, she swears she isn’t a day over 29 😉 although she has been 29 for a few years now haha) because she loves being a part of high energy results-driven team.

The best part of her job is implementing new processes & procedures to improve her colleague’s days so they can focus on what they excel at, looking after our patients… Erin truly believes that “Everybody deserves to feel good”, and together the clinical & non-clinical team can make a powerful impact.

Away from work (which is never, haha!) Erin can be found eating a delicious meal locally with the hubs, being the maddest fur-Mumma to Frank the Springer Spaniel, Ruby the Cocker Spaniel & Lily the Murray River Retriever (did somebody say “crazy dog lady?”) or her sugar hobby of baking & decorating cakes, cookies and all things yummy!

Erin works as the Practice Manager at both the Boronia and Elwood clinics.

Stay Tuned’s founder, Paul is Australia’s first and only dual-titled Advanced Osteopath and believes wholeheartedly in the company’s motto: Everybody Deserves to Feel Good. He believes it is our responsibility and privilege to help everyone we interact with to feel as good as possible.

Whilst studying Osteopathy, Paul completed his Master’s research studying the ‘Effectiveness of Swiss Ball Training on Lower Back Stability’ before authoring his first book ‘Effective Swiss Ball Training’. Paul’s thirst for knowledge and finding more ways for people to “feel good” led him to complete a Masters in Exercise Science.

As a lecturer in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at RMIT and Victoria University and an international presenter, he has passed on his knowledge and experience to thousands of students and other allied health practitioners, Doctors, specialists, and surgeons. He is also a consultant faculty educator for Mainstay Medical, sharing his knowledge of functional spinal stability with leading surgeons and specialists around Australia.

Paul continues to share his passion through his work in the Stay Tuned clinics, mentoring many practitioners, writing health and fitness-related articles, and travelling internationally to lecture and look after various professional athletes and teams.

Paul works as an Osteopath & Exercise Scientist at both Boronia and Elwood clinics.

Dr. Simon Duncan

Dr. Simon Duncan is a highly regarded osteopath specializing in musculoskeletal care. Simon offers compassionate treatments for prenatal and pediatric care and is skilled in craniosacral therapy, dry needling, cupping, and athletic injury management.

After relocating to Milan, he treated a diverse range of patients, including elite athletes. His success stems from his unique blend of traditional and innovative techniques for holistic care. With 14 years of teaching experience, Simon has completed advanced courses in sports osteopathy and has organized medical services for significant events like the Milan Marathon.

As a PTR registered tennis coach and an avid skier, Simon is multilingual, fluent in Italian, and proficient in German, Swedish, and French.

Sarah is a passionate and approachable osteopath who loves helping people move better, recover from injury and get back to doing the things they enjoy. She combines hands-on treatment with tailored rehabilitation, exercise and practical advice. She takes the time to understand personal goals to create a plan that fits their lifestyle.

With a particular interest in rehabilitation and injury prevention, Sarah has additional training in Clinical Pilates, Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping and Geriatric Osteopathy. Her experience in residential aged care allows her to work with people across all stages of life, from helping active patients return to the activities they love to supporting older adults to maintain strength, mobility and independence.

Outside the clinic, Sarah enjoys running and strength training and making the most of weekends by the beach.

Amy is a passionate and energetic osteopath who is determined to impact her patients’ lives positively. She takes great pride in coaching her patients through rehabilitation programs, ensuring they receive the necessary information and support to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Amy’s extensive background in gymnastics, including coaching and training youths for over nine years, has ignited her passion for sports injury recovery and prevention. Beyond her professional life, Amy loves to stay active and adventurous during her days off. Whether practising handstands, rollerblading, or indulging in her love for Mexican food, she embraces a vibrant and dynamic lifestyle.

Ethan is a dedicated osteopath committed to delivering individualised, patient-centred care. He develops tailored treatment plans that consider the broader lifestyle, functional demands, and long-term health goals of each patient. His approach focuses on addressing both presenting symptoms and the underlying contributing factors, while supporting patients to take an active role in their recovery and overall wellbeing.

Ethan has undertaken additional professional training in dry needling and cupping, enhancing his capacity to provide comprehensive and evidence based care.

With a strong background in sport, Ethan has developed a thorough understanding of movement patterns, performance demands, and injury mechanisms across a range of disciplines. 

His interest in osteopathy was driven by his own experiences with sporting injuries and rehabilitation, initially working as a sports trainer before progressing into clinical practice. This background provides him with valuable insight into the physical and practical challenges patients may encounter throughout their recovery.

Outside of clinical practice, Ethan remains actively involved in football, valuing both the physical and team-based aspects of the sport. He also enjoys exploring Melbourne’s dining scene and spending time outdoors walking his dog with his partner

Her goal is to help clients feel strong and happy, embodying the belief that “Everybody deserves to feel good.” She specialises in sports injuries, particularly in teenagers, and focuses on injury prevention.

Katie holds a double degree in Osteopathy and Health Sciences from RMIT. Her career has included working overseas in Malta, becoming certified in dry needling, working with local football clubs, and gaining valuable frontline experience with Triple Zero Victoria Ambulance.

Outside the clinic, Katie enjoys staying active—whether it’s at the gym, in a yoga class, reading a good book, or walking her puppy Harvey on the beach.

Kirstan Gunther

Kirstan is a skilled remedial massage therapist with over 20 years of experience, specialising in lymphatic drainage. Her passion for healing originated from her active days playing netball and waterskiing, where she witnessed the effects of injuries and discovered how massage can alleviate pain and enhance overall health.

As a Group Exercise Rehabilitation instructor, Kirstan places great importance on at-home care. She integrates massage with strengthening exercises to help her clients become stronger and more mobile. Her customised treatments combine various techniques and stretches, leaving clients feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to move with ease.

Since joining Stay Tuned Sports Medicine, Sophie has brought warmth, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of community to our front desk team. A volunteer lifesaver since 2020, she discovered early on the value of teamwork, service, and being part of something bigger – experiences that sparked her passion for health and helping others.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Sophie is deeply committed to both the clinical and operational sides of healthcare.
