We are so excited to get your bodies outside and moving! These two programs were designed by Dr. Paul Hermann (Osteopath and Sports/Exercise Scientist) with an end goal of 5km and 10km however please feel free to reach out and ask us if there is anything you need; we’re here to help 😊
Remember it’s normal to spend multiple weeks on a program. Listen to your body and only progress to the next week when you feel able.
