Our Fitness Workshops are designed for Personal Trainers, Exercise Physiologists and Fitness Instructors.

* All attendants must have a current minimum level 3 certificate in fitness instruction.

Our Workshops have been proven to provide participants with valuable knowledge and skills to:

  • Develop a greater understanding of dealing with common training issues ( e.g. posture, core strength )

  • Improve training clients that have specific needs or requirements ( e.g. arthritic, pregnant or elderly clients ).

Paul teaches and conducts workshops in a fun and open atmosphere to maximise learning for all participants whilst motivating and inspiring them to achieve the best for clients and members. Correct theoretical knowledge and safety are ensured but all workshops contain a large amount of practical applications as well so participants can learn by doing and feeling.

We offer 5 Fitness Workshops that assist participants to train clients more effectively.
