Payment is expected prior to postage and handling of your order.
Payment must include the total costs of the product ordered, any applicable taxes and associated postage and handling.
It can be made by:
1. Credit card payment over the phone.
2. Bank cheque or money order made payable to Stay Tuned Sports Medicine.
Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items
and the shipping options you choose. These details will be provided to you when we contact you to arrange payment.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs depend upon the size, weight and type of the product/s that have been ordered. To reflect the policies of
the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
More About Shipping and Delivery Estimates
We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facility. Estimated shipping dates are based on several
factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, and whether you have
requested that we minimize the number of shipments or ship items as they become available.
Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates.
Undeliverable Products
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue
a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were
undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order with us directly over the phone.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after
4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately.
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
Incorrect Address: - If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically
returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
Other Address Problems: - If the order is being shipped to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions
associated with the items or shippers. These restrictions are determined by the penitentiary and may vary.
In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
Refused by Recipient: - If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if
they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a
surprise is on the way.
Refunds
We happy to arrange an exchange or offer a credit subject to the terms and conditions below. However please note we do not offer
Cash Refunds.
Product Returns
Should you not be happy with your purchase you may return it for a credit subject to the following terms.
1. You must notify us within 14 days from date of purchase to be eligible for any exchange or credit.
2. All returns (other than for faulty goods) are subject to a 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred in the
transaction / return.
3. The customer shall be responsible for shipping costs for all warranty and returns.
4. Return of goods will only be considered if unused and returned in original packaging. The Supplier reserves the right to
refuse any Return if in the opinion of the supplier the goods have been used or soiled on any way.
5. ALL returns must be accompanied by the Original Receipt and Return Authorisation Number to be considered for exchange
or credit. (See instructions below on how to obtain a Return Authorisation number)
Explain the products defect and provide us with your original Order Number. Be sure to include your Name, Address, Telephone number,
and e-mail address.
Once you contact us, we will e-mail you a Return Authorisation Number and the correct address to ship the item to.
Once you have all the correct information place the item in its original box or covering along with your original Receipt.
Please write the supplied authorisation number on the Receipt.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORISATION NUMBER.
30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY (Consumable products excluded)
If due to any defect in materials or workmanship, this product fails to maintain its integrity or its moving parts become inoperable,
the supplier will repair this product or, at the suppliers sole option, replace it with a like or reasonably similar product. This
warranty does not cover product repair and/or replacement because of acts of God, misuse, accident, unauthorised repair or alteration
or other cause not within the control of the supplier. Repaired or replacement products are warranted only for 30 days. The customer
is responsible for shipping costs for all warranty service. If your item becomes defective after the initial 30 days, you must contact
the manufacturer directly.
